Service Description

Group Training- Price is Per Person. Clients must schedule best time for the Group Training with John separately. All the privacy and effective workouts of a private studio but with a friend or loved one training alongside you. This means you will be able to support and motivate each other and save money at the same time too. The only trick is to coordinate your schedules. Once you do that then you are on your way to maximizing your time and finances.
